THE ARGONAUT/APPLE (April 2023 - May 2023)

 

• Keynote designer/animator for the 2023 Apple Worldwide Developers Conference.
   

• Working with a team of designers and collaborators in order to meet multiple deadlines for post-production filming.
   

• Working with precise template guidelines along with intricate animations, timings and transitions to refine and perfect the client’s message.

ADITI/VISA USA, CA, (March 2022 - February 2023)

 

• Working with Senior Vice Presidents and Visa Direct in creating executive level presentations for major business opportunities and partnerships.
   

• Creating video assets and training modules for Visa Direct’s New Employee Experience as well as other informational materials.
   

• Providing additional creative talent, including voice overs, script writing, and content overview.

ASCENT/FIRST REPUBLIC BANK, CA, (March 2021 - January 2022)

 

• Working with upper managers and Change Management Team for their Core Transformation process.
   

• Responsible for creating a series of informational videos regarding the Core Transformation process. Directly involved in storyboarding, layout, motion graphics and animations.
   

• Creating Static and presentation designs with updated branding for the Core Transformation team, including video supplements and native animations.

SPLUNK/AQUENT, CA, (September 2019 - November 2020)

 

• Rebranding of entire library of presentation assets, including iconography, formatting, designing new templates, etc​. 

​​

• Worked with upper managers in both concept design and layout of high-end PowerPoint/gSlide presentations for both internal as well as external use (Conferences, online seminars, etc.).

 

• Worked for both Conf.19 and Conf.20 in Las Vegas, as well as interim conferences throughout the year, including customer support, help in redesign, as well as tutorials and guidance for many Splunk customers, both within and outside the company for many of their third party clients.

APPLE/GREENBURG, CA, (November 2018 - January 2019)

 

• Hired on as a Keynote designer to help Apple input all sales data points for three years. High confidentiality factor precluded Apple from using dashboards like Salesforce, as they wanted to highlight their own Keynote product with a very clean design.

CISCO SYSTEMS/TEKsystems, NC, (January - April 2018)

 

• PowerPoint design support for high end executive decks and quarterly reviews for entire sales division​. 

​​

• Worked with high level managers in developing intuitive graphics and illustrations, along with animations and narratives.

 

• Provided additional Adobe Master Suite support, including a complete re-design of the entire selling process, from top to bottom.
   

WELLS FARGO, San Francisco, CA, (April - December 2017)

 

• PowerPoint documentation specialist for Wells Fargo and Company/Corporate Risk. Ongoing contract involves standardizing charts, graphs, text flow, as well as designing unique flow charts​.

• Coordination with upper managers to help conceptualize new design concepts and work flow.

 

• Designing PowerPoint master classes for those interested in the process, whether it be for beginners and/or advanced users.

CHEVRON ORONITE, San Ramon, CA, (March - December 2017)

 

• Graphic Design/Illustrations/PowerPoint specialist for marketing team at Chevron Oronite. Ongoing contract includes all PowerPoint training decks, Anniversary Presentations, from simple to complex mechanical/testing illustrations.

 

• Utilization of Adobe Master Suite 2017/18, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat PRO.

 

• Coordination with Marketing Managers and Engineers to accurately represent Chevron Oronite's core training materials and collateral information.

 

TRIANZ/CISCO SYSTEMS, Santa Clara/San Jose, CA, (Jan - December 2015)

 

• Graphic Design/PowerPoint specialist for senior management team at Cisco Systems. Specializing in PowerPoint presentations, graphic development, icons, newsletters, trade show signage, video development, editing, and audio production. Coordinated with clients on multiple projects, including concepts, branding, and graphic design.

 

• Used the Adobe Master Suite to enhance the PowerPoint experience as well as all other static design.

 

• Multiple projects required end-to-end support, from concepts, branding, graphic design, to editing, video production and music composition.

 

QUANTUM BIOTEK, LLC., Oakland, CA/Australia (April 2008 - December 2013)
 

• Senior Designer for all marketing materials for Quantum BioTek/Omni Enviro Water Systems.  Responsibilities included all design elements (brochures, tradeshow banners, business cards, presentations, marketing strategies, IT support and infrastructure, as well as individual sales and promotion).​

 

BECHTEL CORPORATION, San Francisco, CA (January 1995 - July 2009)
 

Senior Designer/Production Specialist - Bechtel International (April 2004 - July 2009)
 

• Collaborated on teams of 15 to 50 people to evaluate the needs of corporate and government clients; developed proposals and provided presentations resulting in multi-million dollar projects. 
   

• Major projects included: Los Alamos and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories, The Panama Canal, Yucca Mountain Nuclear Repository.
   

• Produced graphics and design work for key project proposals, which included highly interactive PowerPoint presentations, Google Earth Pro animations, Windows Media and web animations.
   

• Traveled extensively with the team for major project bids; provided IT support and on-site graphic design.
   

• Managed hardware and software support for proposal group, including systems maintenance, color management and calibration, file management, archiving and database backup.

• Designed comprehensive project presentations for a wide range of major proposals. Major clients included $3 billion MUNI expansion, BART expansion, Seattle Monorail, Highway 205 Improvements, Georgia Transportation partners and Riverside County Highway and Rail Capital Improvements.
   

• Created and produced project proposals, PowerPoint presentations, web site design, letterheads, maps, illustrations, poster boards, brochures and photo-enhancement restorations for major clients.
   

• Traveled with the project team to facilitate oral presentations, including coordination of on-site design changes and served as liaison with joint venture partners for graphic design support.
   

• Oversaw all aspects of quality control and maintained design standards for proposals submitted to clients.
